How did Thaddeus Jones spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Thaddeus Jones's election campaign committee, Citizens for Thaddeus Jones for 3rd Ward Alderman, spent $10,182 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
