Independent Robert E Polk's election campaign committee, Citizens for Polk, spent $1,054 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Polk's committee spent the most on junior billboard in the quarter, with all those payments ($375) going to Clear Channel Outdoor in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Polk's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
