How did Roger Munda spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Roger Munda's election campaign committee, Citizens for Roger Munda, spent $1,670 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Munda's committee spent the most on election signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,000) going to McGaffer Communications in Park Ridge. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Munda's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
