How did Rod Bashir spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Non partisan Rod Bashir's election campaign committee, Citizens for Rod Bashir, spent $5,937 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bashir's committee spent the most on rent in the quarter, with 83.7% of this total ($900) going to Homewood-Flossmoor Park District in Flossmoor. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bashir's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
