How did Louis Presta spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Louis Presta's election campaign committee, Citizens for Presta, spent $7,371 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Presta's committee spent the most on donations in the quarter, with 70% of this total ($1,400) going to Wbcc Chamber Of Commerce in Watertown. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Presta's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
