How did Karen Cohn spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Independent Karen Cohn's election campaign committee, Citizens for David Webb, spent $6,811 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Cohn's committee spent the most on legal fees in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,742) going to Hubbard Financial Inc. in Mokena. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Cohn's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
