How did Al Riley spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Al Riley's election campaign committee, Citizens for Al Riley, spent $26,315 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Riley's committee spent the most on golf outings in the quarter, with 93.3% of this total ($13,615) going to Idlewild Country Club in Flossmoor. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Riley's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
