How did Lawrence Jackson spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Independent Lawrence Jackson's election campaign committee, Citizens for Lawrence Jackson, spent $13,606 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Jackson's committee spent the most on golf outings in the quarter, with all those payments ($7,185) going to George W. Dunne National Golf Course in Oak Forest. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Jackson's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
