Democratic Frank M Zuccarelli's election campaign committee, Friends of Frank Zuccarelli, spent $19,223 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Zuccarelli's committee spent the most on picnic expense - stage/sound in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,700) going to JEL audio in Munster. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Zuccarelli's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
