How did Anthony DeLuca spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Anthony DeLuca's election campaign committee, Friends for State Rep Anthony DeLuca, spent $9,152 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

DeLuca's committee spent the most on mileage expenses in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,701) going to Anthony DeLuca in Chicago Heights. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how DeLuca's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
