How did Lawrence Jackson spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Independent Lawrence Jackson's election campaign committee, Citizens for Lawrence Jackson, spent $7,315 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Jackson's committee spent the most on campaign work in the quarter, with 88.2% of this total ($1,500) going to Andre Russell in Riverdale. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Jackson's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
