How did Keith Pekau spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Keith Pekau's election campaign committee, Keith For Mayor, spent $13,140 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
