How did Robert Bob Rita spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Robert Bob Rita's election campaign committee, Friends of Robert "Bob" Rita, spent $151,061 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rita's committee spent the most on polling in the quarter, with all those payments ($37,000) going to Tulchin Research in San Fransisco. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rita's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
