How did Lawrence Jackson spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Independent Lawrence Jackson's election campaign committee, Citizens for Lawrence Jackson, spent $15,705 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Jackson's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,983) going to Xavier and Hope Strategies in Lansing. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Jackson's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
