How did Napoleon Harris spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic Napoleon Harris's election campaign committee, Friends of Napoleon Harris, spent $12,594 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Harris's committee spent the most on sponsorship of transportion for youth in the quarter, with all those payments ($9,407) going to Southwest Airlines in Dallas. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Harris's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
