How did Riley Rogers spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic Riley Rogers's election campaign committee, Riley's Friends, spent $9,006 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rogers's committee spent the most on transportation- funds deposited back into acct on 4/10 for purchase that was not made in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,000) going to Riley Rogers in Dolton. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rogers's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
