How did N Keith Chambers spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic N Keith Chambers's election campaign committee, Heritage Community Party, spent $1,424 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Chambers's committee spent the most on team sponsorship - south holland little league baseball in the quarter, with all those payments ($350) going to South Holland Little League in South Holland.
