Democratic Riley Rogers's election campaign committee, Riley's Friends, spent $9,800 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rogers's committee spent the most on legal fees in the quarter, with all those payments ($7,500) going to James P Nally in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rogers's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
