How did Robin Kelly spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Robin Kelly's election campaign committee, Robin for Leadership, spent $4,008 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Kelly's committee spent the most on finance consulting services in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,500) going to Anne F. Gueringer Johnson in Crete. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Kelly's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
