Blue Island alderman candidate Tomas Almazan returns $411.15 contribution from Community High School Dist. 218

The campaign committee of Blue Island alderman candidate Tomas Almazan, Blue Island Independent Party, returned a $411.15 contribution from Community High School Dist. 218 on July 11, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Community High School Dist. 218 has not made any other contributions to Tomas Almazan in the past 12 months.
