Recently, the Blue Island Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry Board of Directors requested edits to the organization's bylaws to ensure the more regular occurrence of a quorum at monthly board meetings. You can review the bylaws and proposed amendments by clicking the image below and navigating to page 3, Article IX, Section 1. This post shall serve as official public notice of the proposed amendments, to be officially voted on March 30, 2019.
