Glenwood home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Glenwood fell by $3,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,000 - a 3.4% decrease over the $101,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Glenwood in the first quarter of 2016.
