Robbins home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Robbins fell by $250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $25,000 - a 1% decrease over the $25,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Robbins in January 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Robbins for 2017 was $1,164. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,237. This marks an decrease of 6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 4.7%.
