Riverdale home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Riverdale fell by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,500 - a 32.7% decrease over the $27,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Riverdale in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Riverdale for 2017 was $2,871. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,070. This marks an decrease of 6.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 15.5%.
