Palos Park home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Palos Park rose by $30,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 11.3% increase over the $269,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Palos Park in March 2016.
