Orland Hills home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Orland Hills fell by $13,750 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 6.1% decrease over the $223,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Orland Hills in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Orland Hills for 2017 was $5,048. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,778. This marks an increase of 5.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
