Hometown home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Hometown rose by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,000 - a 13.6% increase over the $84,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hometown in March 2016.
