Posen home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Posen fell by $8,750 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,250 - a 11.2% decrease over the $78,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Posen in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Posen for 2017 was $2,587. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,602. This marks an decrease of 0.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.7%.
