Burr Ridge (Cook County) home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Burr Ridge in Cook County rose by $226,000 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $732,500 - a 44.6% increase over the $506,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Burr Ridge in July 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Burr Ridge for 2017 was $9,445. In 2016, the median sales tax was $8,371. This marks an increase of 12.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
