Willow Springs (Cook County) home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Willow Springs in Cook County fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,500 - a 6.2% decrease over the $282,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Willow Springs in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Willow Springs for 2017 was $6,243. In 2016, the median sales tax was $5,883. This marks an increase of 6.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
