Orland Hills home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Orland Hills fell by $19,750 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,250 - a 10.5% decrease over the $188,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Orland Hills in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Orland Hills for 2017 was $5,048. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,778. This marks an increase of 5.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3%.
