Sauk Village (Cook County) home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Sauk Village in Cook County fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $25,000 - a 16.7% decrease over the $30,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Sauk Village in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Sauk Village for 2017 was $2,523. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,487. This marks an increase of 1.4%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 10.1%.
