South Holland home prices unchanged in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in South Holland was unchanged while total sales increased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000. There were 22 homes sold in South Holland in September 2016, and the median sales price for the period was also $105,000.

The median sales tax in South Holland for 2017 was $4,648. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,435. This marks an increase of 4.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 4.4%.
