Burr Ridge (Cook County) home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Burr Ridge in Cook County fell by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $588,000 - a 0.3% decrease over the $590,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Burr Ridge in October 2016.
