Hinsdale (Cook County) home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Hinsdale in Cook County fell by $305,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 48.8% decrease over the $625,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Hinsdale in October 2016.
