Flossmoor home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Flossmoor fell by $48,000 while total sales increased by 122.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,500 - a 20.6% decrease over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Flossmoor in October 2016.
