Oak Forest home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Oak Forest rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 10.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,000 - a 15.9% increase over the $157,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Oak Forest in October 2016.
