Matteson (Cook County) home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Matteson in Cook County rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 52.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 33.3% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Matteson in October 2016.
