Hazel Crest home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Hazel Crest rose by $31,000 while total sales increased by 188.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,500 - a 68.1% increase over the $45,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Hazel Crest in October 2016.
