Palos Heights home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Palos Heights rose by $129,000 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $316,000 - a 69% increase over the $187,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Palos Heights in February 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Palos Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $6,255, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
