Countryside home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Countryside rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,500 - a 6% increase over the $198,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Countryside in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Countryside for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,188, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
