Orland Hills home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Orland Hills fell by $24,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,000 - a 12.1% decrease over the $200,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Orland Hills in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Orland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,048, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
