Summit home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Summit rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Summit in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Summit for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,542, approximately 3.8% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
