Glenwood home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Glenwood rose by $28,500 while total sales decreased by 69.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,500 - a 24.8% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Glenwood in February 2017.
