Lansing home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Lansing rose by $57,500 while total sales decreased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 74.2% increase over the $77,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Lansing in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Lansing for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,821, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
