Midlothian home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Midlothian fell by $33,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,500 - a 27.9% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Midlothian in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Midlothian for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,231, approximately 4.9% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
