Park Forest (Cook County) home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Park Forest in Cook County rose by $3,250 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 7.8% increase over the $41,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Park Forest in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Park Forest for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,938, approximately 11% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
