Dixmoor home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Dixmoor fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $44,500 - a 1.1% decrease over the $45,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Dixmoor in February 2017.
