South Chicago Heights home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in South Chicago Heights fell by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,500 - a 36.1% decrease over the $66,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in South Chicago Heights in February 2017.

The median sales tax in South Chicago Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,686, approximately 6.3% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
