Thornton home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Thornton fell by $36,000 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,000 - a 32.7% decrease over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Thornton in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Thornton for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,400, approximately 4.6% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
